'Bass' is modeled on VOX's classic AC100 bass amp, and expands its potential with a full-range tone that supports today's bass sounds. It also contains a digital delay effect, delivering a huge, spatial sound that could not be previously obtained, and giving you a rich and full-fledged lead sound that you can play anytime and anywhere. 'Lead' is based on a US-made high-gain boutique amp, further modified for lead guitar. As you play these sounds, you're sure to forget the passage of time, and lose yourself in the tones loved by musicians in styles such as jazz, country, and blues.

A stereo chorus effect is built into the amPlug Twin, adding natural spaciousness and depth to the sound. Raising the gain provides a powerful American tube overdrive sound.

As a finishing touch, amPlug Night Train share some of the cool looks of its namesake amplifier. The emulated speaker cabinet circuit accurately recreates the sound of the Night Train amp being played through the matching V112NT single 12'' Night Train speaker cabinet. The BRIGHT position boosts the high-frequency range the THICK position offers a chunkier, heavier sound. Just as with the actual Night Train head, you can switch between the two preamp sounds.
